Creative Direction & Design
As one of Y-Designs’ founding team members, Max established the studio’s creative operations. With a background in economics, studio art, and design, he blends business strategy with creative vision.
At a young age, Max’s mother, a Japanese artist, used visual arts as a way to teach Max about his heritage and family. This has always stuck with him and shapes the way he approaches design – as a tool to tell stories and connect people.
When he’s not at Y-Designs, Max produces music and is a freelance illustrator/artist. You can see some of his work below.
